Balancer in Exhibition: A Colour Composition

A carefully selected group of Norwegian designers, craft artists and manufacturers was invited to exhibit at the Norwegian Embassy in Stockholm during Stockholm Design Week 2017. The result was the exhibition,  A colour Composition – New Norwegian Design.

Curated by the talented Norwegian- Italian duo Kråkvik  & D’Orazio, the exhibition took place in the Norwegian architect Knut Knutsen’s iconic embassy building from 1952. From the new Spring collection 2017 of Northern Lighting, Balancer by Yuue was picked as one of the products for the exhibition. The opening night the exhibition was open by Ambassador Kai Eide exclusively for press and selected guests, and the two following days for general audience.

The event was initiated by SMI (Samarbeidsrådet for møbel og interiør), a network of designers, manufacturers, organisations and educational institutions – recently established to strengthen the Norwegian furniture and interior design industry.
